This offender has advised the Minneapolis Police Department that he is living in our community and is residing in the area of the 3400 Block Of Logan Avenue North, The Folwell Neighborhood. THIS OFFENDER IS NOT WANTED BY THE POLICE AT THIS TIME. DESCRIPTION OF OFFENSE: This offender’s victim pool are adult females that he was acquainted with. In 1999, this offender kidnapped, assaulted and forced sexual contact on an adult female where he worked. This offender has a previous conviction for directing violence toward women that dates back to 1985. CONDITIONS OF RELEASE: SUPERVISION Complete Sex Offender, chemical dependency, and anger management treatment May not purchase/possess sexually explicit materials ,or enter establishments that offer similar entertainment. Complete Domestic Assault Programming. Must comply with Electronic Monitoring and Polygraphs as directed by his agent. May not use any device (internet) to call sex/chat/dating, or social contact lines. May not possess/create modification of images by paper/video, or digital means. May not own/operate any internet device without prior approval. Obtain/maintain full time employment. May not own/operate a motor vehicle without prior agent approval.
