| This offender has advised the Minneapolis Police Department that he is living in our community and is residing in the area of the 3600 Block Of Girard Avenue North, The Folwell Neighborhood. THIS OFFENDER IS NOT WANTED BY THE POLICE AT THIS TIME. Photo: 10/08/2010 DESCRIPTION OF OFFENSE: Mr. Gordon’s victim pool are adult females. In two separate cases, victim’s were sexually assaulted while in a sleeping state. In both cases, physical force was applied in order to gain compliance. Further, the victim’s and Mr. Gordon knew each other prior to the sexual contact. CONDITIONS OF RELEASE: SUPERVISED RELEASE Successfully complete sex offender and chemical dependency programming. No direct/indirect contact with minors. Definition: Cannot initiate contact. Comply with Electronic Monitoring (GPS) and polygraphs as directed by his agent. May not possess in any form explicit materials, or enter sexually oriented establishments. May not operate any device for social networking purposes without approval to include calling sex/chat/dating/ lines. May not solicit personal contact. May not possess/create any modifications of images whether paper/video/or digital. Obtain/maintain full time employment/education/treatment or any combination of these.
