This disclosure is to inform you that the individual who appears on this notification has been convicted of a sex offense or other offense that requires registration with the local law enforcement agency that has jurisdiction over their residence. This offender has advised the Minneapolis Police Department that he is living in our community and is residing in the area of the 2000 Block Of Glenwood Avenue North, The Harrison Neighborhood. In two instances he was a live-in boyfriend who violated minor aged females in the home. There was a 3rd case which is intra-familial in nature with a sibling. Bribery, manipulation and physical force was used to gain compliance. Mr. Matusovic has also possessed pornographic images of minor aged children. CONDITIONS OF RELEASE: SUPERVISED RELEASE Complete sex offender programming. No use of media to solicit personal contact. No direct/indirect contact with minors. Comply with Electronic Monitoring (GPS) and polygraphs as directed by his agent. May not possess in any form explicit materials, or enter sexually oriented establishments. May not live in a building where minors are present. May not operate any device for social networking purposes. Obtain/maintain full time employment /education/treatment or combination of these.
