DESCRIPTION OF OFFENSE: This offender’s victim pool are adult females. He has a history of forced sexual contact with female strangers whose home he was burglarizing. His last conviction for this offense occurred in 1990.
Mr. Knutson is currently supervised and will be required to register his offender status with the State of Minnesota until 07/24/2021. * Mr. Knutson’s sex offense related supervision requirements expired on 01/22/07; However, he is currently under supervision for a non-sexual related offense.
