The conditions around this building sre really bad, 5 vehicles behind the place, junk, debris, pit dog - alley side. Occupancy is a concern - is showing as a duplex, but believed to have an illegal 3rd unit. Recently purchased Nov. 2009, appears 'required repairs' had a deadline of 2.3.2010 to be taken care of and no resolved date showing on the city TISH report.
