Officers called to a fight w/knives. Upon entering the apartment, V1/BF – 18 yrs. (severe cut above left eye/forehead), S1/BF-30 yrs. (severe cut above left brow), and W1/BM – 33 yrs. was cut on right hand. The argument was over W1, who is the boyfriend of V1, and S1 was grabbing at him. V1 got jealous and threw S1’s purse in hallway so S1 grabbed a knife and so did V1 for self-defense.

V1/BF-34 yrs. was in her vehicle pulling up to front of home as caller in the home was talking to 911 about 3 suspects/unk BMs (18-23 yrs.) with 2 wearing orange reflective vests. One had a silver revolver trying to pry open the front door and one was carrying a baseball bat. V1 followed the 3 and asked questions. They said they were checking water meters/work for the City. She wanted to see ID’s so that’s when one suspect pointed a gun at her so she floored it. Suspects fled on foot.

Unk suspects fired several rounds at house (walk-by) and bullets went through a common wall of duplex. V1/BM-19 yrs. was grazed in the back by bullet (minor), and V2/BF – 40 yrs. uninjured. Both were uncooperative. V3/African BM – 25 yrs. on the other side of wall, found the shell on the kitchen floor.

V1/African BM – 57 yrs. /teacher was struck in the eye while wearing glasses by S1/BF – 18 yrs. /student at Harrison School. V1 attempted to wake S1 during class and she became enraged causing a disturbance. V1’s glasses flew off/left work due to injury.

V1/BF – 1 yr. and her mother had just gotten off the No. 19 bus. The mother noticed 5 unk BMs (16-30 yrs.) fighting and one w/gun on the north side of Olson Hwy. in a park area. She heard several shots and her daughter fell to ground bleeding/NLT. She ran home and called 911.

Officers called to above business where V1/WM – 25 yrs. - security stated he asked 2 people to leave the store. V1 escorted them out and approached their veh because OT1 was making threats. S1/known BF – 37 yrs. was the driver of veh and drove the front bumper into his legs (no medical needed). S-Vehicle was a 2007 HYUNDAI Santa Fe, MN XLU205/red –maroon 4x4.

V1/BF – 16 yrs. knows S1/BM – 16 yrs. from school and went over to his house to watch TV in his bedroom. S1 showed her a gun he kept under his mattress. It made her scared so S1 took it out of the room to another location. It started with a back rub for S1 by V1 who agreed and from there, sexual joking, to the point where V1 pulled her pants down to show butt to S1. V1 was afraid not to have sex because of the gun.

V1/BM – 56 yrs. ordered at McDonald’s and noticed the suspects by a glass window. He got his order and left walking towards his residence when the 3 unk BMs/17 – 25 yrs., medium builds and all in dark clothing came up behind him demanding his wallet. S1 had a large hammer and another took his cash ($107) and threw his wallet on ground. Suspects fled on foot.

AP1/Clark, Jamar – BM 18 yrs. carrying a silver automatic approached V1/BM – 26 yrs. after he left Wally’s Food Mkt. and lifted his jacket to show a gun demanding he walk to the alley. All V1 had was $13. AP1 fled but V1 saw where he went. AP was picked up but released as V1 would not prosecute. Likely a drug deal robbery.

V1/BM – 36 yrs. and V2/BM – 43 yrs. were robbed at gun point by S1/unk BM 19-21 yrs./heavy (509-510”) carrying a black/silver handgun who followed them home and demanded money. Loss was $22.

V1/BF – 54 yrs. said she was robbed outside the back of her apt. building approx. 1 hr. before she called 911. She had a one inch cut over her eye w/dried blood on side of her face. V1’s losses were her ID and keys/no suspect info. V1 had some beer and is on prescribed drugs. She was transported to Hsp.

V1/BF – 18 yrs. stated she was robbed at gun point while waiting for a bus. S1/unk BM wearing all black and a ski mask w/black tone skin had approached her from behind pointing the gun to her neck. S1 snatched her wallet and took off on foot. Loss: MTC card.

Juvenile female victim told her mom that an adult female acquaintance had performed oral sex on her sometime from April 09 - January 10. Suspect was GOA. Further investigation warranted.

Officers responded to shots in area of Dowling/Penn. Enroute, call was updated to a shooting, w/victim inside above address. Officers locate a B/M with a grazing wound to right shoulder blade. Paramedics advised victim would not need to go to hospital. Officers recovered numerous DCC’s and fired bullet slugs from inside/outside residence. Officers located multiple gunshot holes to front window, kitchen window, and back bedroom window. Gunshot appears to be minor and NLT.

Officers were on patrol in above location and noticed a lot of smoke in the air. Officers located a house fire. MFD called to scene and extinguished fire. The house was unoccupied.

Three suspects entered the victim’s house with guns and demanded money. Suspects took game consoles and the victim’s purse. There was limited suspect information.

The Four Directions Charter School was burglarized where bus tokens, cash and a projector were taken from the school. Two suspects covered the cameras in the school and the alarm was not active.
